I offer compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for children, teens, and adults at Open Gate Therapeutics. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Duquesne University and my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. I have worked across multiple levels of care since 2019.
I am trained trained in EMDR and TF-CBT and integrates CBT, DBT, and ACT to tailor treatment to each client’s needs. I am deeply passionate about helping clients strengthen their voice, understand how their experiences shape their present, and build skills for lasting emotional regulation and growth.
I have lived experience with depression, anxiety, trauma, and OCD. I am very familiar about the struggles that come with mental health, and I provide an empathetic, non-judgemental, and compassionate care with my clients.
