I work with individuals, teens, children ages 4 and up, and families. My areas of focus include ADHD, behavioral concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, family and peer relationships, parenting concerns, and addiction.
I take a holistic, strengths-based, and solution-focused approach to therapy. My work is client-centered and integrative, drawing from Humanistic, Psychodynamic, CBT, and Narrative therapies. I believe in the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship and work collaboratively with clients to help them build confidence, motivation, and meaning.
Starting counseling can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re already struggling. You may feel unsure of where to begin or disconnected from yourself or those around you. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel comfortable taking that first step toward change.
