Hi there! I’m Mora and I’m committed to helping people take back the reins of their lives. I support clients through anxiety, negative thought patterns, relationship issues and addiction. Most often, clients link these issues to feeling disconnected, unsupported or not having their emotional needs met by those closest to them. Together, we focus on developing strategies to reduce anxiety, challenge irrational beliefs and improve communication skills. In doing so, clients learn to see themselves as more than their thoughts and behaviors—to advocate for their needs and respect themselves for doing what they can, regardless of results.

With values rooted in acceptance and collaboration, I strive to create an affirming space where clients feel empowered to safely explore sensitive topics. Rather than learning to ignore or judge negative beliefs, I use a harm reduction approach that encourages clients to respond with nonjudgmental curiosity and aims to reduce the impact of critical thoughts.

What I love most about being a therapist is empowering people to show up for themselves, to prioritize their needs, and find their voice behind the noise. Tuning in and tending to our needs takes courage, patience and trust. When you’re ready, I will be here in whatever capacity you need.
