I’m Kerry and I'm glad you are here. Many people seek therapy to better understand themselves and their emotions. Navigating trauma, abuse, emotional neglect, and grief can be lonely, confusing, and hard to do alone. If you’re ready to begin, I’m here to companion you and guide you on your healing journey. In addition to 14 years of experience working with trauma and grief, I am a certified Level 3 IFS therapist and certified EMDR therapist. I used these evidence-based approaches to help clients struggling with deep pain, grief or trauma not just manage the symptoms, but heal the past and move towards a healthy present.
I understand how scary and overwhelming starting your healing process can be. I work hard to create a safe, accepting, and compassionate space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.
