My practice is informed by evidence based best-practices. When appropriate I use a Psychodynamic approach learning from your experiences past and present. Our talks reflect a Relational approach with Cognitive exploration I include other therapeutic approaches that best serve your well-being, learning style and self-talk. Brief Therapy when appropriate.
