As a therapist, my goal is to provide a supportive and empowering approach to therapy that will create lasting change in my clients lives, help them manage symptoms and live optimally. When you or someone you love is in crisis, choosing to find a therapist is the best decision. My goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment. I provide support and healing to those experiencing difficult life transitions such as anxiety, depression, women in transition, individuals with weight related issues, self-esteem, family dynamics or other problems that arent easy to get through alone.
With life experiences come pain, loss and suffering. Developing understanding and creating meaning will bring growth and change. Food is an essential part of life. We may feel a sense of dread or anxiety because our relationship with food is not healthy. Together, we can heal your relationship with food, body image and yourself.
I am passionate about bariatrics; helping others become mindful of their eating habits and learning about the relationship we have with food. Bariatric surgery can be the first step toward a healthier life and therapy can help with the lifestyle changes that will take place before and after surgery.
