Dr. Linda Terry is the owner of Monumental Health LLC. She enjoys working with adults who are motivated to tackle tough issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and loss. As a woman of African descent, Dr. Terry is passionate about working with Black people and other diverse populations. Ideal clients are those that are motivated to deepen their understanding of unhealthy behavioral patterns and difficult relationships. Here at Monumental Health, LLC, we believe that collective healing begins within. We are normalizing therapy as a form of self-care. Dr. Terry provides space for client’s to explore their narratives and collaborate to reveal the best version of themselves. She specializes in individual and group therapy for mood disorders, grief, and trauma.
