I’m Dr. Linda Terry, a licensed psychologist and the founder of Monumental Health, LLC. I believe that collective healing begins within—and that therapy can be a powerful space to reconnect with yourself, process pain, and move toward lasting growth. I specialize in working with adults who are ready to face challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. As a Black woman, I’m especially passionate about supporting Black individuals and other people from marginalized backgrounds.
