I am a mother, a veteran, a christian, a counselor and a survivor. I have a passion for my work and I pride myself in caring about the interest of my clients and their concerns. I know that sometimes life hurdles prevent us from living the life we so richly deserve. From time to time we may face difficulties in our life, our relationships or finding a peace within ourselves. I utilize an individualized, integrative and eclectic approach in therapy to assist individuals in reaching their self-determined goals.
A genuine care for outcome combined with therapeutic concepts, a non-judgmental attitude and unconditional positive regard serve to enhance the therapeutic team between client and therapist. Don't sit in silence or isolation there is help & there is hope. Whether your struggle is depression, trauma, relationships, addiction or other mental health concerns,.
I offer weekend & evening hours as well as groups. My goal is servicing community. I think every person should have access regardless of circumstances, finances or preconceived barriers. Womens Empowerment Group
This group is designed to create a cohesive support group among women of all backgrounds, ethnicities and socioeconomic statuses. We will gather and process emotions, life stressors, relational and other challenges. Today does not dictate our tomorrow, the strength and manner that we approach it does. Let's gather and assist each other in finding the strength that we all possess. When we gather we realize that we are not alone in our feelings and this give us an improved ability to manage them.

Our mission is to provide a safe and nonjudgemental Forum for men 18 years old and up. A supportive presence. Group provides a platform in which participants can address their personal and social concerns. Group participants are encouraged to address their thoughts, feelings and to process the responses of others providing positive feedback.
