Everyone has unique contextual factors that contributes to their life story.  Your story matters! I consider it an honor and privilege to enter into your story with you.  I provide individual counseling for children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. I believe that God meets us in our place of need. Faith based counseling allows God the space to heal us spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.
I provide therapy that incorporates the tenants of the Christian faith. I include faith based interventions in the counseling process tailored to your needs, preferences, and comfort level. I'm trained in a variety of counseling techniques such as trauma informed therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Events happen that can turn our journey into an obstacle course that makes life difficult to navigate. Counseling can provide a safe place to explore new paths to wellness. I look forward to partnering with you to explore your story and help you achieve your own vision of wellness.
