I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and relational psychodynamic approaches. Together we’ll explore your inner parts, discover how your past shapes your emotions and behaviors, and build practical tools for success at work and home. Our work fosters greater self‑awareness, emotional growth, strong self‑leadership, and deep connection in relationships.
