Over the past 25 years I've supported thousands of people in the private and public sector to overcome obstacles they thought weren't possible. Yet, they surmounted those challenges and are now living life abundantly and with purpose. I specialize in communication issues, family conflict, grief/loss, intimacy issues, anxiety and depression.
My approach to counseling/therapy as an option includes individual, couples, family and children. My theory focuses on power struggles and communication differences within a relationship. The concept allows both partners to grow to appreciate their differences by generating greater intimacy. I offer traditional western psychology as another option.
