I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW-S) based in Texas. I received my Master of Social Worker Degree from Texas State University and have been in private practice for over five years. I work with women of all ages utilizing their own strengths to work through their trauma, stress, and life transitions while improving their well-being and quality of life. I have over 29 years of experience working with individuals impacted by abuse, neglect, substance use, mental health, incarceration and illness.
I have worked with children, families and individuals in varied settings to include juvenile probation, residential treatment, drug court and over 16 years in the child welfare system. For the last ten years, I have worked in an inpatient hospital setting specifically in Women’s Health Services.
I am committed to helping others improve their quality of life in a non-judgmental and welcoming space. During our first session, we will begin with introductions and will then discuss challenges that you are experiencing. This will help me to create a tailored plan for follow up sessions.
