I am the founder and lead clinician at Montgomery Counseling Group in Charlotte, NC. For more than 35 years I have had the privilege of working alongside people navigating depression, anxiety, complex trauma and PTSD. My approach draws from a range of evidence-based methods tailored to your history, strengths, and goals, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Clinical Hypnosis. As an EMDRia Approved Consultant, I also train and supervise other clinicians in EMDR. Meaningful change is possible, and you do not have to do this alone

Anxiety Support Group
Small (4-7) member group. Professionally facilitated. Group's goals are 50% didactic learning and to offer support and encouragement to its members. Group is on-going and open.
