I have over 30 years of counseling experience helping those with various addictions and other serious mental health issues and their families. These conditions can also be co-occurring and significantly impair an individual's life as well as those around them. My approach to therapy is very solution focused and taps into the individual's strengths in order to help them with their weaknesses.
