My name is Monte Drenner and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in FL. I have vast experience working with those struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy primarily but also take a Solution-focused and Strength-Based approach to help you make the most progress in the shortest time. All of this occurs in a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere.
I have extensive experience working with adults struggling with mental health and addiction issues. I also see many couples struggling with communication, emotional connection, and overcoming affairs. I work diligently to help my clients to not just build the necessary skills to manage their issues but to also prevent them from reoccurring.
My communication style is calm and direct but in a kind way. I want you to feel comfortable talking to me about anything so therefore there is no judgment. Discussing difficult issues can be challenging. I am told by clients that I am a good listener, and I often clarify with clients so I make sure I understand what you are trying to communicate.
