Autism Therapists in Montana
I spend most of my time working with adolescents and young adults learning to cope with and understand symptoms of anxiety and depression, managing ADHD, supporting self- advocacy, learning self- regulating skills and living with trauma. Although this is my primary age group, I believe our fit of personality and ability to trust is most important and work with all age ranges.

I work with children, adolescents, and young adults ages 5-30 who are navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and difficulties with emotional regulation. I understand that mental health is shaped not only by individual experiences, but also by family, relationships, culture, and the world around us. I am committed to providing an inclusive, affirming space where clients feel respected, understood, and supported for who they are.
I also have experience working with children, families, and community supports involved with child protective services and other social support services.

The most common issues I help with are life stress, emotional trauma, life changes, relationship difficulties, persistent term mental health issues (such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and autism), and workplace difficulties.
In addition to counseling, I'm a neurofeedback and neurostimulation (neurotherapy) provider. Neurotherapy often is helpful for clients who do not make sufficient progress through other mental health care approaches. It is typically not covered by insurance companies. Fees are $130 for intake and $65 per session there after.

•••••Currently accepting new clients•••••. You may appear capable and put-together on the outside, while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or quietly disconnected on the inside. Many people I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and often hard on themselves. They may be navigating life transitions, long-standing anxiety, relationship challenges, or a sense that their current way of coping is no longer sustainable. Often, they want more clarity, emotional relief, and a deeper understanding of themselves—not just strategies to get through the day.

I work with people who want to step out of their heads and really connect with their bodies. Together, we notice triggers, explore patterns, and practice tuning the nervous system before stress or panic takes over. I guide clients to listen to what their bodies are trying to tell them, build self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and cultivate a grounded, present sense of calm with the goal of moving through life with more ease, clarity, and confidence while honoring their unique experiences.

You’re carrying more than your share—old trauma, daily anxiety, maybe burnout. I personally know how moving away to attend college, and all of what comes with this new stage in life, can create symptoms of anxiety and depression that are too acute to deal with on your own. You want relief that lasts, not just a place to vent. You want to understand your story, reclaim your strength, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
