Groups
Online OCD Support Group
The OCD Support Group is an online group of 6-8 male and female adults that have struggled with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or a similar issue. The group focuses on issues that can be barriers to treatment progress, such as feelings of isolation, loneliness, social withdrawal, stress, family and relationship discord, untrustworthiness, lack of motivation, difficulty making decisions, and being overwhelmed. This group enables members to recognize that they are not alone with experiencing these issues and begin to build rapport with others.

OCD Supporters Group Therapy
Is your loved one in treatment for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)? This is an opportunity to connect with other caregivers, parents, siblings, and loved ones of those in therapy for OCD. These questions will be addressed: How do I support my loved one? Am I being mean if I challenge my loved one? What's my role in my loved one's therapy process? What do I do when they seek reassurance? Do I help them stop their compulsions? What does "accommodation OCD" mean?
