Coming from a lower economic community and overcoming my own past traumas have given me a unique perspective that helps me to empathize and empower those I have the honor of working with. I utilize a Solution Focused Approach, to help adolescents, adults and couples struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, family conflict, trauma and those adjusting to the daily challenges of life. I have over 24 years of experience in education as a teacher, and a certified school counselor that I bring into my work as an LPC. I welcome all clients.
I have committed myself to helping others find peace and fulfillment in their daily life. I value my faith, my family and the community in which I serve.
