I work with individuals and couples seeking more than quick fixes. Together, we explore the underlying dynamics, emotional experiences, and relational patterns that influence present-day struggles, creating space for insight, healing, and meaningful transformation. Life transitions often invite us to reexamine who we are, what we value, and where we’re headed. I work with individuals navigating motherhood, major life changes, relationship challenges, and periods of uncertainty, helping them gain insight into the deeper dynamics shaping their experiences and relationships.
I have had the pleasure of working with different people in all walks of life, and have gained experience working with grief, trauma, parenting, anxiety, depression, and loneliness. I have also gained experience working with postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety and postpartum rage.
