I work with individuals who are tired of the overthinking, the self-doubt, the people-pleasing, and the pressure to be everything for everyone. My clients often tell me they feel disconnected from themselves, from others, or from the version of them they know they could be. Many also struggle with attachment wounds, wanting closeness but feeling unsure how to trust it or maintain it. In our work together, you don’t have to perform, minimize, or pretend. We slow things down. We make sense of the anxiety instead of fighting it. We look at the patterns in your relationships that you’ve outgrown, and together we work towards change.
I have had the pleasure of working with different people in all walks of life, and have gained experience working with grief, trauma, parenting, anxiety, depression, and loneliness. I have also gained experience working with postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety and postpartum rage.
