My name is Monique Miles, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and founder of Momentum Counseling and Consulting PLLC. My mission is to provide a safe and supportive space for healing. I received my Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Clinical Mental Health with certifications in Marriage and Family Therapy and Play Therapy. I started my career in community mental health and have been working in private practice ever since. I work with couples, individuals, and busy professionals in need of concierge services. My goal is to empower my clients with the tools and insights needed to lead a more fulfilling and balanced life.
My practice specializes in trauma and relationship counseling. I use evidence-based approaches to help individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, processing life transitions or heal from traumatic experiences. I hold a Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) Certificate, which equips me with specialized knowledge to address complex relational dynamics.
