Monique is compassionate, and empathetic when it comes to guiding, and helping people process issues of unforgiveness, self-worth/empowerment, relationship building, sexuality, orientation/identity, trauma, grief/loss, and addictions.
Sex is a normal part of the human existence, and visiting a sex therapist is nothing different than seeing a doctor for a broken bone, or a mechanic for your car that is having some issues. Working through the process of understanding it all can be the challenge.
Within my practice, I believe in offering people the freedom to be themselves. In order for oneself to explore outside of the box that society places on them, the atmosphere must be conducive to this - I attempt to offer this. Freedom is being who you were created to BE.
