I’ll help guide you through the exploration and processing of feelings and emotions that are causing you distress. My purpose is to provide you with the support you need to feel safe throughout your journey in therapy, while simultaneously helping you achieve your mental health goals. My experience in the mental health field of counseling has allowed me to become skilled in working with various populations with varying mental health diagnoses. Think of me as your guide in helping you process emotions.
I specialize in providing EMDR therapy to effectively address trauma, anxiety, and adverse childhood experiences by guiding clients through processing and healing from distressing experiences. I also offer EMDR Intensives to efficiently process and reduce distress from recent traumatic or highly stressful experiences in a condensed time frame.
Along with EMDR, I offer individual talk therapy using CBT and Psychodynamic approaches. Seeking help from a professional is the first step to improving your mental health.
