Accepting new clients for telehealth only through our secure HIPPA compliant platform. Everyone goes through different phases throughout their life where they feel like a completely different person and want help to manage these feelings and thoughts. Instead of viewing these changes as becoming a completely different person, I want you to be able to transform, adapt and grow into someone who you want to become. Just like the phoenix, it undergoes a process of transformation and renewal into something it has always wanted to be on the inside. Just like the life cycle of a rose, each phase it goes through, it shows a purpose.
I utilize an integrative approach with my clients because therapy is not a one size fits all. While practicing therapy, I have realized that most clients benefit from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but some of the others benefit more from different approaches.
At Phoenix Rose Counseling, LLC, I strive to put my clients' well-being first at all times and ensure that my clients are feeling heard in a non-judgmental environment. I look forward to helping guide you through your phases in life.
