Trauma Retreat Therapy Camp IRE-TT
Immersive Recovery Experience Treatment Therapy offers a trauma-focused, nature-based healing retreat designed to promote lasting relief and emotional restoration. This program is available in two seasonal locations: Delhi, New York, and Jamaica, West Indies. Retreats range from one week to one month, depending on the severity of diagnosis. Participants engage in structured therapeutic support within a peaceful, restorative environment. Letters for work or school accommodations are available. Individuals must be able to travel to the assigned location. Registration opens every January and closes every May, with sessions beginning each June in New York and August in Jamaica.

This supportive group is designed for individuals who are struggling with social anxiety and want a safe, understanding space to build confidence and connection while treating their symptoms through a variety of movement-oriented interventions. Participants will have the opportunity to learn practical coping skills, share experiences, and grow alongside others who truly understand what they’re going through.
