We all go through things, and in therapy I can help you confront the difficulties you are trying to manage. I specialize in providing individual, couples, and family therapy. I have experience working with clients of all age groups across the lifespan. Some of these issues may be couples' communication issues, grief/bereavement, life transitions, and discord in personal and professional relationships to name a few. I completed postgraduate training in couples and family therapy at Ackerman Institute for the Family (New York City). I utilize trauma informed, evidence-based treatment modalities to treat a range of issues including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, family and couples’ communication, school issues, and adult mental illness.
