I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and and Texas board approved LCSW supervisor. I’m passionate about helping professional adults learn how to reclaim their time, implement healthier boundaries, learn positive coping skills, and improve their mood day to day. My general focus is Anxiety, women's issues and burnout. At Destination Therapy, the majority of my practice focuses on clients struggling to balance their roles at home, work and within their relationships. I also support clients in managing their anxiety or working through challenges they are facing relating to their identity, perfectionism or self-esteem.
My approach is grounded in being Humanistic and Person-Centered, which means that you are my priority and building a strong foundation for our therapeutic relationship is paramount to me. I also utilize a range of interventions from post-graduate training I have completed, such as Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Destination Therapy is grounded in anti-racist, culturally affirming care that celebrates all intersectional identities. I am passionate about destigmatizing and decolonizing the field of Mental Health. I currently provide services to clients who are in the State(s) of Texas and New York.
