My approach is grounded in being Person-Centered, which means that you are my priority and building a strong foundation for our therapeutic relationship is paramount to me. I see you as the expert in your own life, my role is to provide a safe, supportive space for you to explore your challenges, discover your strengths, and create meaningful change.
