My approach to helping clients is rooted in positive psychology; aiming to focus on strengths rather than weaknesses and problems. I encourage the path of acceptance, focusing on what is in your control and how you can build your life around your personal values rather than the "shoulds" forced on us. I often incorporate EMDR into the therapy process.
I strive to provide a safe space for my clients, whether that be in person or via telehealth. My role in the therapy process is to be a collaborative guide while you remain in control of where you want to go. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, polyamory-affirmative, kink-allied, and sex-positive.
