Hi There! I am a queer, Black therapist who provides care for those in need of services while centering care to BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. Navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, especially when you're facing stress, life transitions, personal identity woes, or persistent anxiety alone. My approach is collaborative, laid-back, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I'm here to help you feel supported, uplifted, and affirmed in your goals. My practice focuses on collaboration, direct communication, and empathy. My mission is to provide a space where you can show up as your full self.
I specialize in working with adults who are feeling overwhelmed with life, going through periods of change, feeling stuck in anxious patterns or exploring their sexuality. My goal is to provide a safe, affirming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
In our first few sessions, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy, what you’ve already tried, and how you envision meaningful change. Together, we’ll develop an individualized plan that supports your growth and wellbeing.
