As your therapist I guide you through life obstacles, past trauma, negative thoughts that hinder progress and undermine your confidence. I work with adult individuals who have experienced trauma, difficulty grieving, anxiety, work stress, recent loss, family stress, and feeling stuck in life.
I believe people need to feel safe in therapy, so I strive to create a space which is open, impartial, and receptive. I want my clients to feel supported with life challenges, empowered to overcome obstacles, and confident to share thoughts and emotions freely without prejudice or judgment.
