Connection and acceptance allow us to move through life with hope, dignity, and the ability to embrace our authentic selves. I use a range of therapeutic techniques that are responsive to client needs, but my core therapeutic approach is rooted in humanistic practice. Humanistic psychology views people as innately good, unique, and capable of growth. We can work towards healing, change and growth while acknowledging the strengths you already have. A core value I have is making therapy accessible, and so I offer virtual cash fee sessions based on financial need with as little gatekeeping as possible.
While I treat diverse clients with a wide range of reasons for seeking therapy, I specialize in trauma treatment. By using mindfulness and somatic based practices, I work to help clients regulate the body's biological responses to trauma. I am LGBTQIA2S+ allied, neurodivergent aligned, and work to be culturally responsive and affirming to all.
