I am experienced helping people with eating disorders, mood disorders (depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder), trauma, and PTSD. Adoption and blended family problems are also close to my heart and I enjoy helping others in these areas. I am partnered with The Headstrong Project, which helps Veterans and their families when the Veteran is diagnosed with PTSD. I work with those aged 16 and older. If you need someone who can really listen to you and help you figure out how to change your life for the better, I can help you.
I became passionate about helping those with eating disorders during my internship. I've gained additional training through the Center for Balanced Living and the Renfrew Center. In addition, I have training in Prolonged Exposure and Written Exposure Therapy (WET), which helps individuals recover from trauma and PTSD.
I am dedicated to helping each person with an individual approach to help her/him overcome their specific struggle.
