As a successful entrepreneur and solo mom on purpose, I’ve lived the paradox—outwardly accomplished, inwardly depleted. Over time, I recognized I was living through my roles, which led me off course from my true self. Stepping away from outdated patterns, I reconnected with what truly fuels me—and built a new, more meaningful rhythm for my 2nd half of life.

In our sessions, we go beyond talk. I blend deep therapeutic work with mind-body tools like hypnosis and guided inner work, helping you clear emotional clutter, reframe limiting beliefs, and return to a life rich with purpose, presence, and energy.
