Accepting new clients. I am the therapist for the working professional and their families. I provide Problem Solving Strategic Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, Career and work-related Coaching and Leadership Development. I work with high functioning adults and adolescents, individuals and families; with students on performance and anxiety issues; with couples to improve communication and emotional connection/intimacy. Trying to conceive, Pregnancy, Postpartum and Parenting (including parenting of autistic/2e/PDA kids). I work in California for therapy; globally for coaching.
Most of my clients work in High Tech. I've had a 20+ year career in Manager and Leader Development, Career Development/Coaching in High Tech. I built and led Google's Schools of People Manager Development and Personal Growth. I've been an Executive Coach at Facebook for several years, working director level and above to enhance leadership capabilities.
I work with performance issues, stress management, burnout, teamwork, problems with co-workers/managers, career development, entrepreneurship, creating meaningful/fulfilling work, etc. I can also help with practical things like your resume, networking, job applications, interview prep, all the way through to being successful on the new job
