Let's work together to be able to build skills that you can take with you outside of session. Navigating the road of understanding childhood trauma, currents events, and interpersonal connections, does not have to be a lonely road. By creating a safe, gentle space, we can begin to emotionally and somatically process the pain you feel. You will take away life long skills for emotional regulation and begin to feel harmony and balance. We take steps, one at a time, to find our way towards healing and success.

Techniques tailored to your needs, and somatic exercises that allow you to process tough decisions are my specialty. I can teach you the skills of resourcing, cognitive restructuring, and ways to process both historical and recent traumas. We will use EMDR techniques such as bilateral stimulation to somatically process pains and wounds of the past.

As we collaborate in sessions, you will find the skills needed to become your best self. As an immigrant, as a non-binary, queer therapist, I provide the LGBTQ+ community a space to be celebrated and empowered. Whether you are an individual or a couple, in sessions, you will feel supported and heard.
