My website
Therapy for me happened organically. I wanted to study social work because I love helping people, and it felt like a natural fit. I've been drawn to therapeutic roles and found myself providing counseling to those around me without even realizing it. By the time I graduated, becoming a mental health therapist felt like a natural next step. I didn’t plan it from the start, but I grew into it—and it turned out to be exactly where I was meant to be.
Working with teens and adults is especially meaningful to me. I enjoy supporting clients as they deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and move through life's challenges with greater clarity and resilience. I believe that when people grow and heal, the positive effects often extend into their relationships and the communities.
