Finding a therapist that fits can be both difficult and confusing. I can help you navigate your way through the often bewildering maze of mental health services. My mission is to provide personalized, high-quality mental health care to adolescents and their families, young adults, and adults. At your first visit, we complete a comprehensive bio/psycho/social assessment. Then we collaborate together, reviewing possible recommendations and information regarding helpful strategies and treatments. I can also help coordinate an adolescent's mental health treatment with school personnel to meet his/her academic needs.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have specialized in working as a mental health provider for the past 19 years. I utilize various evidenced based treatments, play and art activities, family therapy, along with guided meditations and relaxation training to treat multiple mental health and behavioral issues.
