If you are curious about a deeper therapeutic process, you will open up to a possible integration of all aspects of yourself. I have a doctor degree in the Philosophy of Depth Psychology with Emphasis in Depth Psychotherapy, and I am passionate about the process of healing our psyche.
My approach is Neo-Jungian, a contemporary, multidisciplinary development of C. G Jung’s analytical psychology. We will work on psychic levels both linear and deep. Through self-reflection and self-examination, we will analyze dreams, symbols, ideas, explore archetypes, myths, and gaining a deeper insight to your history and current life.
What we don’t heal will repeat itself is a view of C. G. Jung that I follow. Approaching traumatic experiences growing up is designed to help you gain insight into your current self. The experiences play a crucial role how your adult personality has been shaped. Finding meaning in suffering and making unconscious material conscious make changes possible.

Returning to my self, women only. Not Active
IN this group we will use experiential methods to help explore who we are, and changes we would like to make assisting in discovering the woman we are meant to be. IT is a small closed group 4-6 women who have a common desire to self-reflect and examine deeper issues. WE will explore ego-strength, emotional dysregulation, shadow work, and family of origin. THE group will meet up once a week for 2 hours, and run for 8-12 times depending. The group is currently inactive. Questions - use my contact information.
