My passion lies in supporting/educating clients on what trauma actually is (and is not) and how to effectively heal. My ideal client is ready to do some hard work and is willing to be challenged. *My specialties include: healing trauma through neuroscience; Somatic EMDR; Natural Processing (somatic/body work - a "bottom up" strategy for effectively healing a dysregulated nervous system and trauma, which often presents like "anxiety/depression/mood symptoms"); holistic and integrative nutritional wellness; narcissistic abuse; domestic violence.
