I have a strong interest in trauma-informed therapy and understand the importance of considering one’s life experiences to help them feel physical and emotional safety. I like to provide and hold space for individuals to safely process and experience their feelings. I trust each client’s ability to reflect, and believe in working together to create the right pace for healing. I am keen to work with individuals experiencing depression, PTSD, anxiety, and life transitions.
The specialties I offer include using mindfulness and ACT to increase distress tolerance and to help individuals move through the world feeling grounded and present. I also like to incorporate Existential Therapy to help clients work towards experiencing what is meaningful to them and to help them discover when they can exercise their freedom of choice.
