Through my advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, couples find new ways of meaningful and significant connection. Also, as a level-2 Gottman trained counselor, my clients have the opportunity to take an on-line survey. It will provide a better understanding and practical steps to friendship, conflict management and shared meaning in life.

EMDR therapy is used when a person is "stuck" and needs help to process old hurts that can affect today's quality of life. My hope is that my clients discover purpose for their lives with their past reconciled, their pain resolved. And, perspectives regarding themselves, others, and God are restored.
