Hello, my name is Monica Stevens-Kirby. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 21 years of clinical experience working with various individuals, couples, and families with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, LGBTQIA+, and Life Transitions issues. I draw from my background in fine arts to collaborate with my clients on solutions that use critical and creative thinking and practices. I typically use a mix of Family Systems, Interpersonal, Experiential Therapy, Strength-Based, and CBT during treatments with my clients. I believe that I am committed to making meaningful connections with clients, despite this virtual world
I find it rewarding to offer support and affirmation for you, for whatever reason, when you are tentative about stepping into your innate authenticity. I will understand where you came from and what we need to do to improve and live with contentment to attain a good quality of life.
You should expect a feel for an open and collaborative setting in which you determine what works best for you as you gain mastery over your strengths and begin to appreciate your gifts. We can get to know each other and decide whether I am the right person for you. I welcome you to reach out and get started today!
