I offer EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma as well as techniques from Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,
I have the “therapy is for everyone” mindset, meaning anyone can benefit from therapy, regardless of how big or small their issues might seem. We talk about preventative physical care through eating healthy and exercising, and we can do the same for our mental health by seeking strategies before life becomes too overwhelming.
