In therapy, I help couples (and individuals) understand the deeper framework beneath their reactions, recognize the cycle they are caught in, and build greater compassion for themselves and each other. Together, we can create new ways of responding that foster connection, understanding, and lasting change.
My style is warm, compassionate and collaborative. You are the driver of our sessions and I work with you to set the goals of our time together. I hold cultural humility in all aspects of my work, with explicit emphasis on how structural forces such as racism, sexism, homophobia, etc. impact individuals and couples.
