Groups
Grief & Loss Group, remote: coming soon!
When facing loss, we are often left feeling isolated and without adequate support. Grieving the loss of a loved one is a natural human event, a rite of passage. Each of us deserves support, the space to sort through these challenges, and tools to help us cope. Healing happens collectively. Join me for this 8-week group where we will share our struggles with loss in a small community. Being with others who are also grieving helps us feel less alone and allows us to move through our grief feeling validated, held, and understood.

We will offer and receive support in a small community of others going through similar challenges. This group that will include moments of connection, grounding, artistic expression, and more.
