I work with individual clients to identify and reframe core beliefs and assumptions, and shift challenging patterns and behaviors. 'Love does not dominate; it cultivates.' Relationships require openness, curiosity, and trust. Couples counseling provides a nonjudgmental, distraction-free space to share and listen. Through talk therapy with individuals and couples, I assist clients as they navigate challenges surrounding anxiety, anger management, communication, family dynamics and behavioral modification. Negative self-talk and unhealthy core beliefs are re-framed and challenged. Sessions are client centered and strength based, and acceptance sparks active change.
My therapeutic foundation is centered on providing a safe space to explore emotions and presenting issues, and the value of connection and interpersonal relationships. I’ve seen first-hand how trauma, grief and loss can affect the brain and behavior, and how therapy can strengthen resilience and begin healing.
