If you have experienced trauma, abuse, navigated complex relationships, or feel overwhelmed by life's challenges, I am proof that healing is possible. Our past experiences shape our perceptions of ourselves, others, and the world. By understanding the reasons behind our thoughts, feelings, and emotions, we can begin to accept our past and enjoy our present. I help clients work through their challenges and heal from the inside out. Together, we will identify and change self-defeating patterns, develop healthier ways to manage emotions and difficult situations and resolve past traumas and inner conflicts.
My personal experience as a survivor of domestic violence and trauma enriches my practice with a deep sense of empathy and understanding. I have a unique ability to establish safe and secure connections with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC individuals through culturally affirming, responsive, and trauma-informed care approaches.
My therapeutic approach is warm, genuine, and non-judgmental. I engage with clients through empathy, humor, curiosity, and creativity to foster a supportive and collaborative environment. Each individual and relationship is unique, and my approach reflects this. My goal is to create a safe environment where you can have a restorative emotional experience.
