Whether you’re a neurodivergent woman navigating a world that wasn’t built for your brain, an athlete pushing toward your next goal, or a mom trying to care for yourself while caring for everyone else. I specialize in working with neurodivergent women, athletes, and mothers experiencing burnout, anxiety, trauma, identity shifts, and overwhelm. As an EMDR-trained therapist and a PMH-C, I also provide trauma-focused and specialized perinatal mental health care through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transitions of motherhood.

I specialize in working with neurodivergent women, athletes, and moms navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, identity, and major life transitions. I offer an affirming, individualized approach and am EMDR trained and PMH-C certified, allowing me to provide specialized support for trauma, pregnancy, postpartum, and the complexities of motherhood.
