Therapy is not a "one size fits all" approach. I customize your treatment to fit YOUR needs. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate environment where we can work together. If you are feeling stuck, hopeless or simply confused, my hope is to help you gain awareness in order to receive clarity and experience positive growth. I've worked with clients of all backgrounds who struggle with challenges such as: anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, trauma, substance use, religious trauma, faith transitions, grief and loss. I am also a fierce LGBTQ+ ally and work with families to create positive change.
I work with clients ages 16 years and older. I am certified in ERP, Exposure Response Prevention, which is very successful in treating OCD and anxiety. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an evidence based treatment for PTSD, anxiety, and OCD.
I am committed to providing the highest quality of care and services and am dedicated to understanding your unique needs to create the most effective treatment plan.
