I have specialized in treating culturally diverse populations suffering with emotional/psychological difficulties related to the problems of every day living. Patients will find compassionate and professional care for the treatment of stress related to marriage/divorce, parenting, employment, medical issues/disabilities, grieving, immigration, acculturation. Treatment will focus on developing a deeper level of self-awareness, understanding and acceptance. All patients will learn mindfulness exercises for promoting their own physical and mental wellness.
