This group provides a safe environment for young adult and older women to explore their relationship with their bodies in a safe and supportive environment. Members may explore their relationship to food and movement, societal and familial messages, and how these factors connect to body image, and self concept. Feel free to experience and explore difficult emotions in a supportive group, and practice stepping into tools and strengths for healing. Those with ED history must be recovery focused.

This group is for women in midlife interested in exploring their gifts and further stepping into their creative power, individually and collectively.
